At Ziiz Clothing & Accessories LLP, we are committed to ensuring your fashion essentials reach you safely and efficiently. We ship pan-India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.
1. Processing Time
We prioritize getting your orders ready quickly. All orders are processed and packed within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that orders placed after [2:00 PM] or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery services for your convenience. A nominal COD Convenience Fee of ₹49 will be applied to all COD orders.
3. Order Verification for COD
To ensure a reliable shopping experience and reduce delivery failures, all COD orders are subject to a mandatory verification process. After you place your order, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your intent and shipping details. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.
4. Delivery Timelines
While we strive for the fastest delivery, estimated arrival times depend on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

Note: These timelines are estimates. During festive seasons, severe weather, or unforeseen logistical delays, delivery might take longer.
5. Refusal of Delivery
We kindly request customers to accept their orders upon arrival. If a customer refuses to accept a COD package at the time of delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to:

Mark the order as "Refused by Customer" and return it to our warehouse.

Flag the customer account in our system. Frequent refusal of COD orders may result in the suspension of COD services for your account for future purchases.
6. Pincode Serviceability
We service a vast network of pincodes across India via Shiprocket. You can check the serviceability of your pincode on the product page or at the final checkout stage. In the rare event that an order is placed for a non-serviceable location, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email/SMS with your tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.
